Capt. Mukul Mahendru holds a Masters Degree in Physics as well as in the Marine field, and is a Mariner by profession. Capt. Mahendru has travelled the world. Looking around the world on his many trips he realized that good education was what was needed at the grass root level and therefore ventured to start The Poly Kids Nursery School in Dehradun combining the best curriculums of the East and the West. He ventured into the education line in 2005 and started with the expansion of The Poly Kids in 2009.
Is a Post Graduate and an educationist. She has been successfully looking after the academic operations of The Poly Kids. Mrs. Ranjana Mahendru is an educationist having M.A. in Education, M.A. in Sociology, B.Ed, M.Ed and Diploma in Early Childhood Education. She has been successfully looking after the academic operations of The Poly Kids. In the year 2019-Global Woman Achiever award was presented to Ms. Ranjana Mahendru by SEAS Organization.
Chandsi Mahendru is a graduate of a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Entrepreneurship, and is deeply passionate about nurturing young minds and shaping their future.

He has worked for more than 2 decades in various industries; he has played various roles from operational to management levels; he has worked in most Regions of the World, with people from diverse ethnicities/races. He is a Postgraduate in Corporate Governance and has acquired education & numerous qualifications in numerous Shipping & Logistics area (including Master Mariner FG). He is an Industry Lecturer at a couple of Universities in Australia. He is a Member of numerous global leadership bodies & forums.
Mrs. Saroj Pal was born and brought up in a very cosmopolitan society, in the industrial town of Jamshedpur, also known as Tatanagar where she also completed her schooling and college. She married Capt. Sukh Pal, a master mariner and sailed around the world with him before settling down in Dehradun, the city of schools, in 1989. The education of both her children was the principal deciding factor which prompted her to settle in Dehradun. It was here that her journey of teaching started in 1989 in Riverdale School, a preparatory school in Dalanwala. Mrs. Pal has done her Masters and B.Ed before successfully completing the Nursery Teachers Training program from Dehradun. She is an avid painter and has a degree from Rabindra Nath Tagore Institute, a branch of Shanti Niketan for fine arts and crafts. She has held many painting exhibitions in Tatanagar, Germany and various Scandinavian countries. She has devoted more than 30 years of her life to the teaching profession and enjoys her work immensely. After having contributed to student excellence at Riverdale School for 11 years, she went on to become the principal of Sun Valley School, Dalanwala which she headed for 19 years. Mrs. Pal has attended several workshops on child behaviour and development in India and abroad. She believes in the overall development of a child, cultivating a respect for discipline in children and a joint responsibility of both teachers and parents to guide them so that they can be good citizens of this country and face the challenges of life.
With more than 35 years of experience in schools and working for more than 10 years in The Poly kids, she is the pillar for our institution. Childhood development and learning is one that encompasses the whole child collectively: body, mind and spirit. We treat this approach with compassion and care for each individual at The Polykids. The school ensures comprehensive academic support through specially designed classroom materials and curriculum. The focus is on activity based learning which encourages the learners to be creative in expressing their knowledge. Periodic trainings and orientations for teachers are held which help them in assessing and implementing educational technology in classrooms. Our teachers use a well regarded, integrated approach focusing on building strong skills .
